Mission

To develop leadership quality among the students. The understanding and acceptance of civic responsibilities and acting accordingly with humanitarian concern, to fulfill the same. To offer First Aid Training to all the YRC volunteers.

• The YRC conducted an essay competition on the topic “International Youth Day” behalf of the YRC on 12.08.2022 .The students participated and received prizes in the competition.
• The YRC conducted an essay competition on the topic “World Organ Donation” day behalf of the YRC on 19.08.2022.The students participated and received prizes in the competition.
• The YRC conducted an essay competition on the topic “World Students Day” behalf of the YRC on 18.10.2022 .The students participated and received prizes in the competition
• The YRC and the Department of Bio-technology together celebrated “World Cancer Day”.
• The principal of the college, Dr. Freda Gnanaselvam and the other dignitaries and the faculty members of the institute graced the occasion.
• The YRC and the Department of English together celebrated “National Education Day” on 11.11.2022.
• The YRC and the Department of Nutrition together celebrated “World Diabetes Day” on 14.11.2022.
• The YRC conducted an essay competition on the topic “World Tsunami Day” behalf of the YRC on 04-11-2022. The students participated and received prizes in the competition.
• The YRC conducted a drawing competition on the topic ‘Viduthalai Poratta Veerargal’, on the eve of Independence Day for students on 28th July 2021. The students received prizes in this competition:
• An QUIZ competition was conducted on the topic “WORLD BREAST FEEDING DAY” on behalf of the YRC on 12th August 2021.
• An essay competition was conducted on the topic “Ulaga Elainjar Dhinam” on behalf of the YRC on 12th August 2021. The students participated and received prizes in this competition
• The YRC conducted a Drawing competition on the topic “Freedom Fighters” on 8th August 2019. The students received prizes in this competition.
• The YRC conducted a drawing competition on the topic “Kalaingarin Birth to Death” on 5th October 2018 . The students received prizes in this competition:
