Alumnae Association
Objective
AIM
- To keep a record of all Alumnae of the college and their pertinent data.
- Maintaining the updated and current information of all Alumnae.
- To encourage, foster and promote close relations among the alumnae themselves.
- To promote a sustained sense of belonging to the Alma Mater among the Alumnae by being in regular contact with them.
- To provide and disseminate information regarding their Alma Mater, its graduates, faculties and students to the Alumnae.
Objectives
- To guide and assist Alumnae who have recently completed their courses of study at M.M.E.S. to keep them engaged in productive pursuits useful to the society.
- To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues of the day by organizing and coordinating reunion activities of the Alumnae.
- To let the alumnae acknowledge their gratitude to their Alma Mater. The Alumnae Association achieves these objectives by staging an annual programme of events and reunions

- To serve as a platform for creating a network between the institution, alumnae and the students in order to have a better interactions among them for academic excellence.

Alumnae Meet Report
- Alumnae Meet 2022 of M.M.E.S. College, was held on 29.10.2022. Invitation and the Google forms Registration link, was sent through What’s app. 360 alumnae had registered and confirmed participation. Out of the registered alumnae 146 turned up, and 102 of them joined the Meet by On-Spot Registration. Totally 252 attended the Alumnae meet. 91of them are working and 25 are pursuing Higher studies.
- The Alumnae started arriving in college by 10.00 a.m. and they were received by the registration team and those who registered through google forms were asked to sign the registration form and those who arrived on spot filled the registration forms. The Program started with the Morning prayer, and Thamizh Thai Vaazhthu Mrs.K.Shamila Sulthana, Alumnae Co-ordinator welcomed the gathering. Then Principal Dr.Freda Gnanaselvam, addressed the alumnae , and the Correspondent Dr.Anees Ahmed , delivered his Presidential address and wished them success.
- A Virtual tour about the M.M.E.S. Activities was played to cherish them with their past memories. The alumnae shared about their experience at college and also about their present working position, and the Vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Rajeshwari. The program came to an end with National Anthem. Lunch was provided, then the Alumnae had an interaction with their department faculties.
- The 4th Alumnae Meet of the MMES Alumni Association was held on, 12thOctober 2019, at the MMES Auditorium. 115 alumnae attended the Meeting. Registration Desk was allotted separately for each department. Mrs.K.Shamila Sulthana, Assistant Professor, Dept of Commerce. welcome the gathered Alumnae and all the invitees.
- AliJanab Haji K.Anees Ahmed Saheb, Correspondent of MMES College delivered the Presidential address. He addressed the ALUMNAE with affection to be flourished more in future. Dr. Freda Gnanaselvam addressed to the alumnae that, they should always be an inspiration to the society, and thanked them, for their amazing support extended. The alumnae shared their experiences and about their teachers encouragement when they were at the college, and also shared about their present position. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by the Mrs. Chitra, Member of Alumnae Association.
- The 3rd Alumnae Meet of the MMES Alumni Association was held on,27th October 2018, at the MMES College Auditorium. The following is the minutes of meeting Registration activity was done at the entrance gate of the Auditorium. Ms. Abirami, Assistant Professor of Department of English compered the Program. Mrs.K.Shamila Sulthana, Head, Dept.of Commerce(CA) of welcomed the gathered Alumni and all the invitees.
- AliJanab Haji K.Anees Ahmed Saheb, Correspondent of MMES College delivered the Presidential address. He addressed the Alumnae with affection to be flourished more in future. He said, he was happy that 270 alumnae had turned up for the association meet. He further said to enhance the effectiveness of the Alumnae Association increase the alumnae connectivity/affinity and sense of pride. Build the perception of the philanthropic worthiness to make contribution to our alma mater.
- The alumnae shared their experiences and about their teachers encouragement when they were at the college, and also shared about their present position.
- A Power Point Presentation was displayed to entertain the alumnae. The photographs of preceding years events and symposiums were displayed. The alumnae enjoyed the ppt. Vote of thanks was delivered by the Mrs.M.G.Chitra.
- The II Alumnae Meet of the MMES Alumni Association was held on,21nd October 2017, at the MMES Auditorium. 188 alumnae turned up for the Meet. Registration Desk was allotted separately for each department. Students as soon as they entered the Auditorium with enthusiasm and the zeal registered their names. Ms.Abirami, and Ms.Lubna Sadhiya of Dept. of English compered the Program. Mrs.K.Shamila Sulthana, Assistant Professor, Dept of Commerce welcomed the gathered Alumnae and all the invitees.
- AliJanab Haji K.Anees Ahmed Saheb, Correspondent of MMES College delivered the Presidential address. He addressed the ALUMNAE with affection to be flourished more in future. Prof.Y. Elizabeth Rani, addressed to the alumnae that, they should always endeavor to uphold good morals and act as an inspiration to the society, and thanked them, for their amazing support extended to their alma mater. The alumnae shared their experiences and about their teachers encouragement when they were at the college, and also shared about their present position. A Brief Presentation was displayed to entertain the alumnae .The photographs of preceding years events and were displayed . The alumnus enjoyed the ppt. The vote of thanks was delivered by the Mrs.B. Vidya Bala Subramaniam, Head Department of BBA.
