The Department of Urdu was established in the year 2007 during the inception of the college. Students benefit a lot when they learn urdu. It boosts their intelligence and build up their character. The Department of Urdu always tried to expose the students to aesthetics of Urdu Language and literature. It reflects the culture and history of the religion. It always helped the students to imbibe their cultural and literary values. The Department Faculty endeavor in fostering literary sensibilities among the students. The Language is the backbone of a communication, hence it has its importance in higher education and number of extracurricular activities is organized by Department to develop the skill-speech, writing, reativity, etc., Various programme are being conducted to build their character.
