The Department of Commerce (Computer Applications) was established in the year 2015, to meet the challenges of emerging scenario in 21st century and optimally utilizes the new opportunities in the field of Commerce and Computer Applications. The department plan and implement quality academic programs that would foster the development of individuals who will be empowered to act as promoters of society.
The main objective of the department is to equip and enable the students to pursue professional courses like CA, ICWA & ACS. The specialization subjects are Cost Accounting, Income Tax, Corporate Accounting, Financial Management, Tally, Internet and its Applications, Web Technology, Software Engineering. On completion of the course, the students gets multiple career opportunities in accounts departments, software organizations, marketing, IT, & Banking sectors.

- Empowering Students with all the knowledge and guidance that they need to become worthy commerce with computer professionals. To identify hidden talents, provide opportunities for students to realize their full potential and shape them into national assets.
- To train the students enhance their self-confidence and help them to meet the challenges of the contemporary business environment.

- To train the students with required levels of competence for employment in both domestic and global market.
- To provide quality educational experiences and support services that lead to the successful completion of degree.
- Creating an urge in students to take up entrepreneurship in order to be successful by standing on their feet instead of being dependent on others.
